EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At BeyondCases, we want you to be in love with your purchase. However, if you’re not happy with your product, we’re here to help. You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date received. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and in the exact same condition as when received. Additionally, the product must be returned in its original packaging. Failure to do so will result in a 15% restocking fee in both return or exchange circumstances.

To make a return or exchange, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. BeyondCases will then walk you through the steps to do so.

Returns are only processed once the product has arrived back at our facility. Refunds will only be processed to the original method of payment. Once processed, please allow 1-2 business days for the credit to appear back to the original method of payment. Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE:

  • Exchange orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days once the returned item is received
  • If you are exchanging an item and prefer not to wait for the item to be processed by BeyondCases, please place a new order for the replacement item and we can process the original order being returned for a refund.

REFUND:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment via BeyondCases.com
  • All refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days upon receipt of your return package.
